When The Hidden Lobby uses your Billing Account credentials to make purchases on your behalf, the transaction is processed directly between you and the Retailer. The Hidden Lobby does not receive, store, or process your credit card or payment details — your payment information resides with the Retailer and is charged directly to your card on file at the time of each purchase.
Retailers operate independently of The Hidden Lobby, and their handling of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policies. By participating in the Service, you authorize The Hidden Lobby to interact with Retailers using your credentials on your behalf.
We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it by law or to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Checkout records and invoice data may be retained for up to seven (7) years for financial recordkeeping purposes, even after account deletion.
